We work with a registered and certified third-party lab, who evaluate and approve all of our recipes before production begins.

Do you ship internationally?

At this stage we only ship locally within South Africa. but we are working on our international distribution and will make an announcement as soon as we're ready to go!

Where can I find my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at michael@apexalchemy.co.za just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

When will my order arrive?

How much is shipping?

Shipping is a flat R100 fee for all orders.

Refunds

At Apex Alchemy, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent service. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and you may need to return an item. Our returns policy is in full compliance with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA) to ensure your rights are protected.

1. Returns on Defective or Faulty Goods

If your product is defective, faulty, or not fit for its intended purpose, you are entitled to return it within 6 months of receiving the item. Under the Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to choose one of the following options:

  • A full refund,
  • A replacement of the product

2. Cooling-Off Period for Direct Marketing

If you purchased an item due to direct marketing, you have a 5 business day cooling-off period. During this time, you can cancel your purchase and return the product for a full refund, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. This policy applies to products bought through promotional calls, emails, or other direct marketing methods.

3. Return of Goods Delivered by Mistake

If you receive an item that was delivered by mistake, or if the wrong product or quantity was sent, you may return the goods at no extra cost. We will either provide the correct item or offer a refund.

4. Refund Process

Once we have received your returned item and inspected it, your refund will be processed. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 to 15 business days. For any delays or queries, please feel free to contact us for assistance.
